About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead our productivity improvement projects using AI technologies. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills and proven experience in outlining and prioritizing work based on business value. The ideal candidate will have a strong propensity for collaboration and knowledge sharing.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be guiding the team by handling team meetings, you will be responsible to elaborate, monitor and provide status on the team roadmap. Owning the product backlog, your experience will help the team stay organized and focus.
What You'Ll Do Here:
- Be the primary contact for the multidisciplinary team for information, work prioritization and decision making.
- Ensure planning, facilitate demos and participate in committees and retrospectives.
- Lead and inspire the team from idea generation to execution.
- Act as a facilitator to identify the priority among several requests coming from tech & Lab.
- Partner with teams and managers to identify priority, gather requirements and facilitate projects execution accounting for resources capacity.
- Ensure a healthy backlog and help to refine user stories.
- Responsible for aligning with other POs and managing cross team dependencies.
- Ensure delivery of products according to roadmaps.
- Act as an expert in product development and innovation.
- Work closely and manage follow ups with various collaborators: Developers, Data Scientists, Architecture, Security, and else.
What you bring to the table:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in product creation and delivery, team or project coordination.
- Very good knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, MS Teams.
- CSPO or PSPO certification (an asset).
- Ability to make powerful presentations and facilitate workshops.
- Very good understanding of the technical aspects of design and development.
- Experience in AI related projects.
- Knowledge IT Infrastructure, Software Engineering, and AI concepts are an asset.
- For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
- No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.

- Positive, creative, analytical and curious.
- Comfortable working in complex environments that are constantly evolving and multidisciplinary teams.
- Comfortable working in a progressing agile environment.
