AT&T is looking for a ServiceNow Product Owner, who will play a pivotal role in driving the vision, strategy, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions within our organization. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, business analysts, developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure ServiceNow products and modules align with business objectives and deliver maximum value.
What You'Ll Do:
- Change Management:Support organizational change initiatives by providing documentation, training, and communication regarding ServiceNow changes.
- Market & Platform Awareness:Stay current on ServiceNow platform releases, new features, and industry best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably with ServiceNow
- Proven experience with ServiceNow platform administration, configuration, and module deployment
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Product Vision & Strategy:
- Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities for ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.).
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Gather requirements from business units, IT teams, and end users to create and maintain a prioritized product backlog.
- Backlog Management:
- Write clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. Prioritize backlog items based on business value and stakeholder input.
- Sprint Planning & Execution:
- Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Analyze metrics, feedback, and system performance to identify opportunities for enhancement and drive adoption of ServiceNow capabilities.
- Quality Assurance:
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure solutions meet acceptance criteria and maintain high quality standards.
