Position Summary:

This position provides administrative, client and company relations, and facility support to the executive leadership team.  This position takes the lead responsibility to ensure the day to day office operations are organized and functional as well as providing secretarial and clerical support. 

Essential Functions:

  • Oversee and administer functioning of executive office 
  • Assist with calendar management and scheduling. 
  • Arrange travel and coordinate logistics for conferences, meetings and presentations. 
  • Assist employees with daily requirements, i.e. security badges and keys. 
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies, necessary equipment, breakroom supplies, janitorial supplies. 
  • Work with corporate leadership to be sure daily administrative needs are met 
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned. 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, or a combination of education, training, and executive level administrative experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position. 
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Windows, the Internet, and other relevant software; ability to adjust to new and changing computer systems and to operate standard office equipment. 
  • Mastery of general office procedures and techniques; ability to update skills on a continual basis. 
  • Excellent typing and data entry skills with accuracy and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to recognize and maintain confidential information. 
  • Superior verbal and written communication, including grammar, composition, editing and proofreading. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills; professional demeanor with a commitment to diversity and equality. 
  • Strong organizational skills; able to organize and prioritize workflow; ability to manage multiple activities and projects, often with competing deadlines, and follow up on projects through completion with exceptional attention to detail. 
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 
  • Ability to effectively communicate with C-Level executives.
