What You’ll Do as a Regional Sales Manager
In this role, you’ll lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals while ensuring growth and success in the construction market.
You’ll:
• Coach, mentor, and develop sales team members to achieve their full potential
• Convert company strategy into actionable sales plans for your team
• Actively advocate for customers and drive increased sales performance
• Partner with internal teams and suppliers to deliver innovative solutions
• Support and grow customer relationships while expanding the customer base
• Balance multiple tasks, projects, and priorities while maintaining a clear strategic focus
What Makes You a Great Fit
• Proven ability to coach and mentor sales professionals
• Strong sales acumen with a track record of notable sales performance
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into execution
• History of working successfully in an autonomous environment
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
• Proven management or supervisory experience strongly preferred
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized
• Strong decision-making, planning, and problem-resolution skills
• Experience in industrial sales or electrical supply a plus
