Expert level clinician with the ability to support and direct patient care. Responsible for overall throughput of patients in a safe, efficient manner while ensuring optimal utilization of resources (including but not limited to staff, equipment and supplies) to meet patient care needs. Position is responsible as a single point of contact for staff, physicians and others for centralized patient placement. Position promotes patient satisfaction as a leader by demonstration of extraordinary service to ensure that quality patient care is delivered in accordance with Providence Health & Service's mission, vision and values. Position functions as administrator on duty to make leadership decisions, provide direction and oversight with operational issues for all hospital departments on behalf of Administration during assigned shift.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License.
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Upon hire: Certification in area of specialty.
- 1 year Charge Nurse or leadership experience and demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Upon hire: Provider Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association.
