Oracle HCM Cloud Integration Support Consultant

This role involves hands-on development, troubleshooting, and optimization of integration solutions, ensuring seamless inbound/outbound data exchange via the Oracle Integration Cloud.

• Design and develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, and HCM Extracts.
• Automate end-to-end integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and third-party systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
• Provide technical guidance on integration best practices, patterns, and methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable integration solutions.
• Support middleware server patching and Oracle Cloud maintenance activities.
• Ensure integrations remain functional during upgrades and system changes.
• Create technical documentation and provide training to internal teams and end-users.
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including building integrations 
• Proficiency in SOAP/REST web services, SFTP, XSLT, SQL, and FBDI file uploads.
• Strong understanding of Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits).
• Experience with HCM Extracts, OTBI, and Unix scripting.
