We’re looking for a Tech Lead to take charge of an exciting web and AI project. In this role, you’ll be working with a global team, build scalable solutions, and innovate with the latest technologies.

Key Skills

• Full-Stack Development: Laravel 11, React JS, GraphQL
• Cloud: AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.)
• Database: Postgres, VectorDB(Pinecone)
• AI/ML: OpenAI API integration, Agentic AI workflows, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Architecture: API design, microservices, scalable systems
• DevOps: CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes
• Familiarity with other AI/ML frameworks and tools (nice to have)
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Senior Full-Stack Developer, or similar leadership role

Qualifications

• 5+ years in web and cloud-based application development
• Experience leading distributed or cross-border teams
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Excellent Communication

Nice to have - Japanese language proficiency (JLPT certified or conversational Nihongo)
