Social Media Specialist

• Manage and optimize social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, and potentially TikTok).
• Create engaging, on-brand content that tells the company’s story and highlights products.

• Schedule and publish posts strategically to maximize reach and engagement.
• Design cohesive visual branding and themes across all platforms.
• Craft compelling announcements and product reveals.
• Provide expert advice on social media best practices for launch campaigns.
• Drive community engagement and create buzz through creative initiatives.
• Collaborate directly with company leadership to align efforts with business goals.

• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist/Manager with a strong portfolio. (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)
• Track record of managing social media accounts and growing engagement.
• Creative content creation skills with strong visual design sense.
• Deep understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and best practices.
• Experience running launch campaigns or building brands from the ground up.
• Excellent written communication and ability to craft a consistent brand voice.
• Flexible availability during business hours when needed.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools and analytics platforms.
• Ability to make strategic recommendations and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
