This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (Georgia time) with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break
Total Weekly Hours: 40 Hours

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in executing campaigns, managing social media, coordinating events, and handling marketing operations. This role is ideal for an organized individual with a passion for creative communication and marketing support.

Responsibilities:

  • Social Media: Assist with content creation, scheduling, posting, and community engagement across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X). Track performance metrics.
  • Content & Design: Create visual assets for digital and print marketing using Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
  • Event Coordination: Support virtual and in-person events, including webinars, trade shows, and internal meetings. Manage invitations, vendors, materials, and on-site logistics.
  • Marketing Operations: Manage inventory, ordering, and distribution of marketing collateral and branded merchandise.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with expense reporting, meeting scheduling, and maintaining organized digital files.
  • Reporting: Track KPIs for campaigns and social media, providing regular reports to the marketing manager.
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or administrative support
  • Experience managing professional social media accounts
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Hands-on experience with Canva or Adobe Photoshop

Requirements:
Preferred Skills:
