About The Role:

We are on the lookout for a super-talented Marketing Executive to join our UK Marketing Team. This is a highly visible, hands-on role perfect for an ambitious marketing professional looking to gain broad experience in a B2B environment. You will be instrumental in executing campaigns and driving brand presence by supporting our Demand Generation and Sales teams in the UK & Ireland.

This role focuses on execution, creativity, and coordination, ensuring our Demand Generation campaigns for both new and existing businesses are supported with exceptional content, engaging social media, and seamless events. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Execution: Work directly with the Demand Generation Manager to bring campaigns to life. Create supporting content, set up and execute various campaign components (e.g., landing pages, email sends, social posts), and ensure seamless delivery to drive engagement.
• Social Media Management: Own the day-to-day management, scheduling, and posting across our social media channels.
• Events: Take ownership of the logistical coordination for all virtual and physical events in the UK & Ireland (e.g., webinars, small roundtables, industry trade shows, podcasts)
• Email Marketing & Nurturing: Support the execution of key email programs, including coordinating the delivery of monthly newsletters and managing the development of specific, ongoing upsell and cross-sell campaigns targeting the existing customer base.
• Sales Enablement & Product Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with wider Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to deliver high-quality sales enablement content and support the successful rollout of product launches into the market.

What You’Ll Bring:

• Creative Flair & Execution Focus: A strong passion for bringing ideas to life, whether through engaging copywriting, basic video editing, or crafting compelling social media campaigns.
• Exceptional Written Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. You must have the ability to write clear, compelling, professional copy that resonates with our target market and is tailored for digital channels.
• Proactive & Driven Attitude: A proactive, "can-do" mindset and the hunger to take ownership of tasks, seek out solutions, and continuously look for ways to improve our campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
• 1-2 Years Experience: Ideally, experience in a fast-paced marketing, communications, or administrative support role (graduates or equivalent professional experience welcome).
• Organisational & Project Skills: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate logistics seamlessly (especially for events and content publishing).
