What Awaits You:

•  Working with colleagues and vendors to ensure ongoing stability of the global infrastructure both across on-prem and cloud hosted environments.
• Evaluate and recommend necessary changes in cloud performance tuning, infrastructure design and monitoring.
•  Support the Infrastructure team in execution of daily operations including service delivery reviews, service monitoring, ticket management, Service Now updates and management.
• Work with colleagues and partners in execution of Global Infrastructure projects.
• Support standardization of Global Infrastructure environment.
• Improve and optimize deployed applications together with Business Process Owner
• Identify emerging technologies and channel related information into our organization
•  Execute technology successfully by minimal downtime as well as disruption.
• Develop solution roadmaps, for innovation developed solutions, based on customer requirements.
• Help to protect the enterprise by ensuring the IT solutions conform to all legal, governance and security requirements.

What You'Ll Need To Succeed:

• Experience of managing Azure based infrastructure including automation of deployment, upgrades/patching, sizing and Paas
• At least 2 years working experience in the IT infrastructure area, server supporting or cloud supporting.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux server lifecycle management
• Strong knowledge of container hosting solutions including Kubernetes/AKS/ACS
• Good knowledge of automation tools, scripting languages and configuration management tools.
• Good knowledge of hypervisor solutions
• Ability to incorporate new technology into current and future business applications
• Good communication, customer oriented, good team player.
• Desirable: Experience of DevOps automation tools; Ansible, Terraform and Azure DevOps.
