Consolidates a substantial budget, which includes ~$40 Billion in annual Capex and ~$30 Billion in Opex, encompassing depreciation, other operating expense, and payroll.

Drive key deliverables such as close/forecast/budget/long-range plan by collaborating with the Finance Managers and other cross functional partners for Infrastructure Capital expenditures and Operating expenses.

Owns and drives the Infrastructure Financial calendar for all major activities, including Quarterly Close & Forecast, Annual Budget, Zero Based Budgeting, and Long-Range Planning.

Leads the Operating expenses discretionary vs non-discretionary chart of accounts mapping for Infrastructure Finance.

Engages with Finance Managers across the organization to understand key drivers and provides variance commentary and figures to Meta’s Corporate FP&A.

Synthesize and clearly communicate the concise ‘Infrastructure Story’ to upper management.

Establish efficiency by standardizing management reporting including collaborating on Investor Relations narrative, quarterly Infrastructure forecast summary for Infrastructure leads etc.

Lead consolidations of crucial Capital expenditures and Operating expenses Savings targets outside of Budget/Forecast.

Own Infrastructure Finance level projects such as Project Sequoia which is a strategic initiative aimed at enhancing Meta's management reporting (MD&A) processes and systems.

Identify and drive initiatives to continuously improve, automate, and scale forecasting and reporting tools and processes for the Infrastructure Finance Organization (e.g., developing dashboards in partnership with the Finance Cross team).

Assist with ad hoc strategic and operational projects as required.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field, and 6 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

Requires 6 years of experience in the following:

1. FP&A consolidation experience managing budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning

2. Managing multiple work streams end-to-end along with working across multiple stakeholders

3. Manipulating large data sets and work with system and analytics tools (e.g. Hyperion, SQL) to create business recommendations

4. Financial planning and

5. Building high level and detailed financial models using Gsheet, Excel, Hyperion/Essbase, Oracle EPM, SQL, and/or visualization tools like Tableau.

$176,799/year to $192,170/year + bonus + equity + benefits
