Job Summary:
Responsible for coordination and management of various duties and applications. The coordinator will work closely with department leadership in establishing and maintaining best practices, maintains administrative support services, policies and procedures, project management, other duties as assigned. Works closely with department leadership and cross functional teams to ensure accurate, appropriate, and timely communications occur within and across the departments.
Job Requirements:
Education And Work Experience:
- High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
- Five years’ administrative support experience: Preferred
Essential Functions:
- Performs various administrative duties and is the first point of contact within the department.
- Creates and maintains process efficiencies for administrative functions within the department.
- Acts as lead for the coordination of events. Which could include, new hire orientation, service or staff recognition, and other programs as assigned.
- Runs reports and administrates applications.
- Leads special projects as needed.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
