As our database expert, you’ll manage BlackBaud RENxT and its integrations with platforms like Strategic Grants GEM Portal, Raisely, Swift Digital, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. You’ll support fundraising campaigns, ensure data quality, and provide insights that drive decision-making. You will be the SME and train internal users, maintain data governance, and continuously improve data workflows.
This role is offered on a Part Time basis: 2.5 days per week (19 hours)
What You’Ll Do Day To Day In Your New Role:
- Administer and maintain the RENxT CRM, including user access, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Ensure data integrity through audits, hygiene routines, and governance practices
- Support fundraising and supporter engagement activities with accurate data and reporting
- Act as a conduit between Fundraising and the Finance team to support all gift transactions
- Manage integrations with platforms including Strategic Grants GEM Portal, Raisely, Swift Digital, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Build queries, reports, and dashboards to support campaign performance and strategic insights
- Document processes and identify opportunities for system and workflow improvements
- Provide training and support to internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards
A Bit About You:
You’re a collaborative and analytical professional with a passion for data and its role in driving fundraising success. Our expectations are, you will bring:
- Hands-on experience with fundraising CRMs, ideally Blackbaud RENxT
- Strong data management skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data reporting tools
- Ability to support non-technical users and communicate effectively across teams
- A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
- Understanding of data privacy and ethical data use
- A huge plus if you have experience with Raisely, Dynamics CRM, Swift Digital, or FinCare
- Familiarity with donor journeys and fundraising campaign strategies
- Ability to perform basic financial processes such as reconciliation and receipting
