Job Description:

• We are excited to be on the hunt for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Polish-Speaking Junior SEO Specialist. 
• In this role, you will support and execute an SEO strategy and collaborate with the SEO Manager and content teams to improve visibility and performance. 

Responsibilities:

• Working directly with the SEO manager to help support and execute the SEO strategy & guiding editorial & product staff
• Conducting keyword research to find new content opportunities
• Providing editorial, creative and technical support to projects and team members
• Performing technical website audits and executing fixes to help the website’s performance
• Making sure that there are no major search console issues
• Work on setting up new sub-sites or fixing existing sites with issues
• Optimizing content in order to improve the rankings of existing pages
• Publishing and altering pages on a WordPress site 

Qualifications:

• Understanding of SEO fundamentals (e.g., keyword research, on-page optimization, basic technical SEO).
• Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Accuranker and similar.
• Knowledge of WordPress, content uploading, site setup.
• Knowledge of AI tools for streamlining processes.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Polish.
• Hands-on attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Fintech & web3/gambling experience is a plus.
• University graduates in the fields of: finance, economics etc.
