What You’Ll Do:

• Maintain a clean and safe gym environment for members and staff
• Clean and sanitize locker rooms, workout areas, and common spaces
• Re-rack weights and organize gym equipment to ensure proper placement
• Take out the trash, vacuum, mop, and maintain facility cleanliness
• Wipe down and sanitize machines to keep equipment in top condition
• Provide friendly and professional interactions with members and teammates
• Be flexible and willing to support other departments as needed

Requirements

What We’Re Looking For:

• Bilingual (Preferred) – Spanish/English a plus!
• Strong attention to detail – takes pride in keeping the gym spotless
• Self-motivated & dependable – able to work independently and with a team
• Physically able – can lift up to 35 lbs. and stand for 5-hour shifts
• Positive attitude – keeps energy high and work environment fun
• Growth mindset – interested in career progression
