- One Part-Time Position. Wednesdays and Saturdays, 8 to 12 hours per week.
- Hiring Range: $18.00 - $18.54 / hr., depending upon education and experience.
- This position will remain open until filled.

Position Summary
Office Workers are employed by Ariel Clinical Services to assist the office staff with general and specific duties not related to clients. The tasks are typically of a clerical or janitorial nature.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining strict confidentiality will all records that Ariel Clinical Services has at its disposal.
- Clean and disinfect all workspaces, including appliances, as needed and directed.
- Empty trash and recycling bins, as well as picking up trash outside of the Ariel building.
- Stock items such as toilet paper, paper towels, etc., as needed throughout building.
- Sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, window cleaning, steam cleaning, power washing, and snow removal, as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- The ability to understand instructions and communicate in person and in written format in English.
- Ability to be non-intrusive to the operations of Ariel Clinical Services while performing the duties of the job.
- The ability to maintain standards of excellence. Ability to work independently and be personally accountable for quality of work.
- Ability to access reliable transportation to get to and from work.
- Ability to demonstrate consistent and reliable attendance as scheduled and requested.
Education and Experience, Certifications/Licenses
Required:
• Minimum age 16.
Preferred:
• Minimum of three years successful work experience in a commercial setting.
Physical Demands
- This position requires that the incumbent be capable of walking, bending, standing, sitting, stooping, stretching, and/or reaching regularly for periods up to two hours without a break.
- This position requires that the incumbent have adequate hand and finger dexterity to properly perform the functions of the position.
- This position requires lifting regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 60 pounds.
- This position requires the ability to hear, see, smell, and distinguish temperature, at a level which is adequate to ensure client and staff health and safety. Adaptive devices are acceptable.
- Climbing may be required from time to time.
- Exposure to typical climate-controlled office environment when in the office.
- Exposure to all climates and weather conditions while working outside.
- Exposure to blood borne pathogens and infectious disease is possible, but limited.
- Exposure to hazardous chemicals is possible, but limited.
