Affinity Waste Solutions and GreenWay Waste & Recycling is looking for a high-performing Regional Director of Sales to lead our Southeast region. This leader will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and coaching a winning sales team while ensuring outstanding customer service and client satisfaction.
As we move into 2026 with a focus on “ONE TEAM,” this role will be instrumental in uniting Affinity Waste Solutions and GreenWay Waste & Recycling under one brand and vision. The Regional Director of Sales will report directly to the Vice President of Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive sales
- strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence for Greenway Waste
- and Affinity Waste services within the region.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve
- individual and collective sales goals. Provide ongoing coaching, training, and support to
- ensure the team's success.
- KPI Management: Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs)
- including unit capture, contract cancellations, bulk collection, unit rate, and concession
- months to drive sales performance and revenue growth.
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships
- with key clients and stakeholders. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and
- retention through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities
- for expansion, emerging trends, and competitor strategies. Utilize findings to adjust
- sales tactics and capture new business.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as operations,
marketing, and finance to align strategies and achieve overall company objectives.
Key Performance Indicators (Kpis):
- Unit Capture: Drive sales team to hit a goal of X in total unit capture annually.
- Contract Cancellations: Maintain contract cancellation rate below X% annually while
- implementing strategies to minimize cancellations and enhance client retention.
- Bulk Collection: Drive a Y% increase in bulk collection services within the region
- quarterly, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities.
- Unit Rate: Achieve and maintain a unit rate of X annually by negotiating favorable
- terms with clients and optimizing pricing strategies.
- Concession Months: Maintain an average of X in concession months annually
- Sales Team Management: Ensure the sales team achieves and exceeds quarterly and
- annual sales targets, providing regular performance reviews and constructive feedback.

- Minimum 2 years of proven leadership experience within the multifamily industry.
- Strong industry connections and a proven track record of closing multi-property deals.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
- Ability to manage multiple reps, territories and CRM (Zoho management preferred)
- Must be based near a major airport to facilitate frequent travel.
