Penguin Random House Audio (PRHA) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contracts and Invoices Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various contracts and invoices, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and facilitating smooth financial operations within the company.
This role is based in New York City and will require a minimum of 2 days in the office per week.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
- Create Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and all PRH Audio contracts.
- Liaise with our union paymaster to ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Assist in paying actors, directors, and vendors.
- Regularly interface with Accounts Payable to ensure proper processing of invoices and payments.
- Create Master Service Agreements, Project Statements, and custom contracts tailored to specific needs.
- Study and memorize knowledge of our SAG-AFTRA agreement and the relevant payments therein.
- Actively participate in hands-on tasks and projects.
- Maintain friendly and skilled communication with all stakeholders.

- Proven experience in contract administration and invoice management.
- Strong understanding of SAG-AFTRA agreements and payment structures.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

This NYC-based role is a hybrid position with in-office responsibilities for a minimum of 2 days a week in the office. We will consider candidates who can work from a commutable distance to our offices at 1745 Broadway, which includes the tri-state area (NJ, CT, & PA).
The salary for this position is $61,000. All positions are currently eligible for annual profit award or bonus, subject to company results.
