Job Description

Primary Function of Position

The Sr Business Intelligence Analyst, US Sales Operations plays a pivotal role at the intersection of advanced analytics and sales strategy. This professional is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large volumes of sales and product data to optimize sales operations, drive business insights, and support strategic decision-making.

The role requires both technical expertise in data science and a deep understanding of sales strategy and sales operations processes, enabling the organization to maximize revenue opportunities and operational efficiency in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Collect, manipulate, and transform sales, product, and customer data from multiple sources for analysis, reporting and recommendations.
  • Develop and implement statistical models (e.g., regression, time series) and machine learning techniques to identify sales trends, forecast performance, and generate actionable business insights.
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports to provide clear visibility into sales performance, pipeline health, and business KPIs for executive leadership and sales teams.
  • Evaluate, ingest and leverage third party data assets used to inform sales strategy and planning.
  • Collaborate with finance and enterprise analytics to align projects with business objectives.
  • Manage and enhance sales tools, ensuring data quality, integrity, and effective utilization across the organization.
  • Provide training and support to stakeholders on accessing and interpreting analytical reports and dashboards.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management, influencing sales strategy and operational decisions.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years experience in a combined data science and sales operations role or similar analytical position within a sales-driven organization.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics using tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
  • Experience with business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Solid understanding of sales operations, pipeline management, and sales process optimization.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills for cross-functional teamwork.
  • This role requires working onsite in our Peachtree Corners, GA office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday every week.

Required Education and Training

  • Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Experience

  • Knowledge of data governance, master data management, and process improvement disciplines.
