Who We Are Looking For

We’re seeking a driven, hands-on leader with 7+ years of experience in landscaping, hardscaping, construction, or property maintenance who excels in both operations and business development. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with the ability to manage crews, develop client relationships, and drive profitable growth.

Essential Qualifications

  • Industry Leadership: 7+ years of comprehensive experience in landscaping, hardscaping, snow removal, or related outdoor services industries.
  • Operational Excellence: Proven ability to manage field operations, equipment, scheduling, and seasonal workforce planning.
  • Construction & Design Knowledge: Deep understanding of and experience overseeing hardscape installation projects such as patios, retaining walls, and outdoor living spaces.
  • Business Development Acumen: Success in sales, estimating, and developing long-term commercial and residential client relationships.
  • Team Leadership: Skilled in leading field teams, promoting safety, and maintaining high standards of workmanship.
  • Financial & Business Management: Experience managing budgets, P&L, and operational efficiency to drive profitability.
  • Regulatory Understanding: Familiarity with OSHA safety standards, DOT compliance, and local environmental and snow management regulations.
  • Business Development Acumen: Success in sales, estimating, and developing long-term commercial and residential client relationships.
  • Team Leadership: Skilled in leading field teams, promoting safety, and maintaining high standards of workmanship.
  • Financial & Business Management: Experience managing budgets, P&L, and operational efficiency to drive profitability.
