We’re currently seeking an Interior Designer to join our dynamic Workplace team. You’ll be part of a culture that values deep collaboration, technical excellence, and continual growth. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across our studios in California and Texas—and help bring high-performance, community-first design to life.
What You'Ll Do:
- Participate in the integrated design process with other disciplines at LPA
- You will assist Project Managers, Project Designers, and Design Coordinators in the execution of specific assignments
- Prepare presentations and documentation for schematic design, design development and construction documents
- Work on research for product and construction methods related to projects
- Attend construction meetings and field visits to further understand detailing and coordination

What We'Re Looking For:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Interior Architecture required
- 2-5 years of experience in all phases of interior architecture projects
- Experience in Revit, Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite preferred
- Enthusiastic commitment to the multidisciplinary design process and team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Committed to building a long-term professional career
