We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Assistant to support the firm’s marketing and sales functions. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 2–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or digital communications who is confident using tools like HubSpot, Canva, and major social media platforms. You’ll work closely with firm partners, the Business Development Manager, and our marketing agency to assist with daily marketing operations, digital coordination, and content production. This hands-on role provides excellent exposure to professional services marketing and offers opportunities to contribute directly to brand awareness and client engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Marketing Coordination
- Assist with day-to-day marketing administration, including data entry, scheduling, reporting, and file management.
- Support the creation, scheduling, and monitoring of social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Use Canva to design and update marketing collateral, social tiles, and internal templates.
- Manage content updates and contact databases within HubSpot, including list segmentation, email setup, and campaign tracking.
- Digital & Content Support
- Assist with website updates, blog uploads, and content formatting.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns (e.g., newsletters, client alerts) under the supervision of the Marketing Manager.
- Support event marketing efforts including invitation design, RSVP tracking, and follow-up communications.
- Prepare monthly performance reports covering social media, website, and email analytics.
- Conduct research, proofreading, and administrative support to ensure smooth execution of all marketing initiatives.
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have:
- Required Skills & Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role (agency, in-house, or freelance).
- Working knowledge of HubSpot, including CRM management, lists, and email tools.
- Intermediate Canva skills — confident working within templates and layouts.
- Experience managing and scheduling content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profile.
- Strong attention to detail, grammar, and visual presentation.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills — ability to meet deadlines and juggle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Nice to Have (Not Essential)
- Experience within law firms, professional services, or B2B marketing.
- Basic understanding of SEO or WordPress.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or similar
