We have an amazing opportunity for a Business Manager to join Eastern Honda & Chery Doncaster!

About The Opportunity:

Eastern Honda and Doncaster Chery have an opportunity for a Business Manager to join our team. We operate a five-day working week between Monday and Saturday, with a rostered day off during the week in lieu of Saturday.

You’ll be an energetic and experienced Business Manager, able to build strong customer relationships based on trust and confidence. You’ll present finance and insurance products, communicate clearly, maintain high customer satisfaction, and keep dealership targets in sight. You’ll join a passionate, organized Finance Team providing the structure needed for great results.

In This Role, You Will:

• Process daily banking receipts and deposits.
• Reconcile daily transactions and closing summaries.
• Generate customer IDs and enter data into the CRM system.
• Generate receipts and invoices for customer transactions.
• Assist with post-delivery closing procedures.
• Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly sales and delivery reports.
• Support dealership ad-hoc duties, including admin, events, and promotions.

What You’Ll Bring:

• Professional customer service skills and a mature, positive attitude.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Strong PC skills and ability to multitask.
• High attention to detail, calm under pressure, and adaptable.
• Reliability and commitment to delivering the highest levels of customer service.
• Willingness for continuous improvement and learning.
• Experience in a similar role (automotive industry preferred but not essential).
