Experienced Fabricator – Landscape Industry

We are looking for a skilled Fabricator, who has at least 3 years direct relevant work experience, to join our team in the landscape construction sector. This role involves creating custom metal structures and components used in outdoor environments such as parks, gardens, commercial landscapes, and public spaces to join our Team working across the Auckland Area. Our construction jobs involve works on a variety of sites from high end residential homes to commercial properties giving our team exposure to all aspects of landscaping in order to help them build a robust career and future in the industry.

Duties Include

• Fabricate and install custom metal components for outdoor structures such as:
• o Steel and aluminium retaining walls
• o Metal pergolas, trellises, and shade structures
• o Decorative fencing and gates
• o Planter boxes and edging
• o Structural supports for decking and bridges
• Work with mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium using MIG/TIG welding techniques.
• Read, interpret, and implement the technical components of landscape plans/drawings
• Operate fabrication machinery and hand tools including grinders, cutters, welders, and drills
• Collaborate with landscape designers and construction teams to ensure accurate installation.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and finish suitable for outdoor environments.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations on-site and in the workshop.
