The Central Hotel, described as a design sanctuary, is walking distance to The Dairy Hotel, an alpine chic, laidback glamour. Consisting of 13 and 15 beautifully decorated rooms respectively, each property is centrally located in the heart of Queenstown.

Naumi Hotels is seeking a commercially savvy, inspiring leader to join our team as Hotel Manager. We are an award winning group offering long term stability and internal growth for the right candidate. This opportunity would be ideal for a seasoned Rooms Division Manager or Assistant Hotel Manager with solid leadership experience looking for a step up.

Somewhat you will do....

• Provide strong leadership to all hotel staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and guest satisfaction
• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service quality, cleanliness, and comfort throughout the hotel
• Recruit, train, and develop hotel team members to provide top-notch service
• Manage the hotel's budget, control costs, and optimize revenue through effective pricing and marketing strategies
• Ensure the hotel complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Address guest concerns and resolve operational issues promptly and professionally

Our Next Superstar will have...

• Experience as Hotel Manager or similar role within hospitality
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Knowledge of hotel management software and financial management
• Understanding of industry regulations and trends
