Property Sourcing Specialist (Sales)

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to real estate agents across Australia to source off-market properties
• Conduct 5-10 minute conversations with agents to identify available properties
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with real estate agents
• Present specific client requirements and budgets to agents (e.g., $550,000 or less, 3+ bedrooms)
• Track all interactions and property details in provided databases and spreadsheets
• Follow up with agents who request additional information via email
• Create and maintain separate databases for different geographic areas
• Record call outcomes and property information for client assessment
• Identify properties suitable for immediate client offers

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills with clear, professional tone
• Ability to build rapport quickly while maintaining efficiency
• Experience in real estate or property industry preferred but not essential
• Strong data entry and organizational skills
• Comfortable making 50-60 calls per day
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency with spreadsheet software and CRM systems
• Understanding of property investment concepts beneficial

Scope:

• Initially 50-60 calls maximum per day
• Coverage across multiple Australian states and territories
• Focus on specific price ranges and property criteria per client
• Seasonal variations with reduced activity in December
• Potential for role expansion based on success and available work
• Access to established agent databases and contact lists
• Integration with existing Monday.com project management system
• Use of provided VoIP calling system (Dialpad)
• Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM with 1 hour unpaid break
