Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiedzialna za obsługę potrzeb frachtu przychodzącego dla lokalnych i międzynarodowych centrów dystrybucji, magazynów, klientów i innych interesariuszy. Dążenie do minimalizacji ogólnych kosztów łańcucha dostaw bez pogorszenia jakości i/lub niezawodności dostaw. Zapewnienie pomocy i wsparcia dla projektów zarządzania zapasami i poprawy wydajności. Łącznik między zespołami centralnymi i regionalnymi, koordynacja popytu i dostępności między sieciami dystrybucji, w tym dostawcami, magazynami konsolidacyjnymi i centrami dystrybucji.

• Utrzymanie sprzętu Klienta na odpowiednim poziomie
• Zapewnienie płynności towarów pomiędzy magazynami
• Organizowanie transportów krajowych i zagranicznych
• Przygotowanie i analizę raportów
• Ścisłą współpracę z innymi działami DN PL
• Zarządzanie sprzętem klienta i obsługą zleceń serwisowych
• Kontakt z dostawcami jak i innymi działami firmy, organizacja transportów oraz stały kontakt z magazynami zewnętrznymi
• Raportowanie wewnętrzne, jak i zewnętrzne.
• Doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku
• Dyplom ukończenia szkoły średniej lub GED
• Wykształcenie techniczne mile widziane
• Znajomość języka angielskiego na komunikatywnym poziomie.

Person in this role will be responsible for supporting inbound freight needs for local and international distribution centers, warehouses, customers and other stakeholders. Seeking to minimize overall supply chain costs without compromising delivery quality and/or reliability. Provide assistance and support for inventory management and efficiency improvement projects. Liaison between central and regional teams, coordinating demand and availability between distribution networks, including suppliers, consolidation warehouses and distribution centers.

You Are Responsible For:

• Maintaining the client's equipment at an appropriate level 
• Ensuring the flow of goods between warehouses 
• Organizing domestic and foreign transport 
• Preparation and analysis of reports 
• Close cooperation with other DN PL departments 
• Managing customer equipment and handling service orders 
• Contact with suppliers and other company departments, organization of transports and constant contact with external warehouses 
• Internal and external reporting. 

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar position 
• High school diploma or GED Technical education preferred 
• Knowledge of English at a communicative level.
