Your Team
You will work in the Digital & Customer Experience team alongside other Product Owners, UX/UI Designers and Content copy writers. This role directly enhances customer confidence and satisfaction by leading the design and delivery of solutions that simplify and enrich the retirement planning and transition experience. It ensures we meet our obligations while providing intuitive, accessible, and supportive digital touchpoints.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the retirement project, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, distribution and UX/UI designers to define and prioritise project requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of key milestones by working alongside IT delivery and project managers.
- Ensure we deliver a seamless user experience that does not impact the user digital adoption.
- Communicate and preset regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders including executive leadership team.
- Conduct market research and user testing to inform product decisions and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Ensure the project adheres to best practices in security and compliance.
Your Capability and Experience
- Proven experience as a Digital Product Owner
- Proactive problem-solving abilities, using data and insights to develop strategies, make decisions, and influence senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership and management experience in driving digital initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record of delivering outcomes in an Agile environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in financial services or wealth management industries
- Experience delivering projects that focuses on customer needs in particular segments
- Project management skills.
- Relevant postgraduate or tertiary qualifications.
