Our team sets the growth agenda for TikTok for Business. As the Growth Engineering team, we operate an executive‑backed, revenue‑tied charter that will accelerate how quickly businesses achieve results on TikTok—from onboarding to scaled investment. We use material, measurable approaches to compress time‑to‑first‑successful‑campaign, lift activation and reactivation rates, and build a durable customer foundation that enables sustained investment across markets. This work is highly visible—progress anchors weekly business reviews and directly shapes roadmaps across Ads, Commerce, and Partnerships.
This role leads Backend Engineering and influences ML Engineering and Frontend to deliver an AI‑first, cross‑channel growth platform that turns guidance into completed actions across in‑product surfaces, email, SMS, and CRM. Responsibilities
- Roadmap. Sequence Personalized Onboarding, Advertiser Copilot, and a 360° Business Profile from 0→1 to scale, with explicit targets for new acquisition, time‑to‑first‑campaign, reactivation, and durable spend—and adjust scope and pace based on impact, not intent.
- Platform & Channels. Own and scale a Conversational Growth API/MCP integrated with TikTok Ads Manager and Business Center, with adapters for email, SMS, IMs and CRM/CDP. Operate on a build once, act everywhere model—idempotent actions, webhooks, retries, consent guardrails, unified status— to engage customers seamlessly across TikTok surfaces and all types of touchpoints.
- Signals & Measurement. Unify creative, commerce, and ads graphs (plus ecosystem inputs) into a 360° view, orchestrate next‑best actions, and instrument closed‑loop outcomes to revenue and LTV so every interaction learns and compounds.
- Experimentation & Playbooks. Run A/B, holdouts, and incrementality at scale; tie decisions to weekly funnel and revenue metrics; codify what works into playbooks and replicate across markets with speed and consistency.
- Standards & Execution. Build a high‑morale, high‑talent‑density team that values curiosity, rapid learning, and decisive delivery. Run disciplined rituals—design reviews, decision docs, and postmortems— to adapt quickly and improve continuously. Encode standards in code, systems, and workflows, and ensure tight alignment with Product, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Support, and Policy.
