Job Description
A strategic business partner focused on managing the HR Operations, at a regional level. Special focus on CRO Strategic Recruiting & Performance Management, payroll and compensation management, employee lifecycle, HR processes and systems management and improvements. Key Change Management initiatives: journey activation, payroll centralization, billing automation and others.
Tasks And Responsibilities
- Support Regional CRO Strategic Recruitment in partnership with Heads of Private Banking, including construction of all business cases, also in partnership with Global Strategic Recruitment
- Manage regional payroll processing and reporting to the appropriate and various governing agencies.
- Ongoing management of regional data management, employee movements, reporting, internal/external audits, testing and filings.
- Development and management of functional budgets for the region.
- Support compensation lifecycle and (CRO) performance management process for the region.
- Management of all-encompassing regional benefits administration, Restricted Stock Unit/Long Term Incentive Plan, regional HR billing, and related administrative matters.
- Manages all departmental annual audits and testing, internal and external.
- Support on implementation of glocal HR Programs, as well as special projects, as assigned.
Requirements And Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration and/or related subject or equivalent experience. PHR preferred
- High proficiency with HR Information Systems
- 7+ years of previous Human Resources experience
- Previous experience in Banking, Broker Dealer and/or related field
- Solid Project Management skilss
- Excellent assessment and problem solving skills
- Outstanding excel and presentation skills
- Must be able to work independently and take initiative
- Detail oriented
