Compliance Analyst

We’re looking for a detail-driven Compliance Analyst to support legal and operational compliance across our national network of retirement villages. What You’Ll Do:

Reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel, you’ll play a key role in ensuring compliance across our 30+ villages. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing annual Village AGMs, statutory reporting, and the RVA audit programme
• Advising Village and Operations Managers on compliance and legal matters
• Supporting the administration of complaints, settlements, and legal documentation
• Maintaining ORA stock records and ensuring compliance with tenancy legislation
• Coordinating enterprise-wide insurance renewals and managing claims
• Supporting the Legal Team with occupation right agreement settlements, transfers, and terminations, as needed.

This is a dynamic role that will see you working cross-functionally with a variety of stakeholders, to support a high standard of operational integrity and resident care.

What You’Ll Bring:

• A relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. law, business, or similar)
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to manage competing deadlines and complex documentation
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a genuine commitment to care and quality
