The Tech department (~200 employees across the globe) provides products, services, and support to all SCOR Group worldwide. Within this department, CIO Office manages and optimizes the IT’s strategy and organizations and resources. It drives the digital transformation and ensure a secure, efficient experimentation; adoption of innovative technologies that not only support business objectives but also create value for IT own efficiency.
As an Event Planner & Communication Assistant Intern, you will play a key role in shaping the internal identity and engagement of the Tech organization. You will support both event coordination and internal communication initiatives, ensuring alignment with SCOR’s culture and strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
We are seeking an Event Planner & Communication Assistant to join our dynamic Tech team. The ideal candidate is organized and creative. You will work on the department’s events as well as its internal communication support.
As a Communication Assistant & Event Planner, you will actively contribute to internal communication initiatives and support the planning and coordination of events. Your responsibilities will include:
- Event planning and coordination: logistics, invitations, follow-up, and on-site support
- Communication support: drafting content (scripts for videos, internal posts, presentationmaterials), updating our intranet and collaborative tools.
- Process improvement: proposing enhancements to formats, tools, or communication channels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s level (Bac +3 to Bac +5) in communication, event management,marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational skills: structured, autonomous, and able to prioritize
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication skills to collaborate effectively withstakeholders
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address and remediate business issues relatedto reporting
- Proactive and self-learning mindset: not afraid to suggest ideas and take initiative, curious andeager to learn independently
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work well in a team environment and establish good collaborationwith various stakeholders
- French native or bilingual
- Professional proficiency in English (able to understand and write basic content)
- Bonus skills:o familiarity with communication tools (Canva, PowerPoint, SharePoint)o basic graphic design or video editing
