Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage a geographically distributed team of End User Services IT Technicians/Administrators.
  • Establish and maintain robust tools and procedures to guarantee the reliability and performance of corporate end-user services.
  • Ensure the company's corporate IT systems and processes adhere to established IT security and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001:2022, SOC 2, SOX ITGC) and ITIL standards.
  • Proactively ensure the security and maintenance of office IT systems and end-user devices, ensuring they adhere to established security policies and standards.
  • Ensure the speed, stability, and reliability of the office network infrastructure to support seamless business operations.
  • Ensure that service and maintenance contracts for corporate systems (e.g., UPS, access control, etc) are current and that necessary servicing is performed.

Management & Team Leadership:

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively delegate tasks, provide guidance, and foster a collaborative team environment across multiple distributed locations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage team performance and development remotely.

End User Services & Reliability:

  • A strong understanding of IT service management best practices and the ability to implement solutions that enhance end-user productivity and satisfaction.
  • Proven ability to develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the health and efficiency of end-user services.
  • Solid understanding of network principles, protocols, monitoring and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Experience negotiating with external vendors, managing service and maintenance contracts for corporate systems (e.g., UPS, access control).

Compliance & Standards:

  • Familiarity with ITIL standards and their practical application within a corporate IT environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of and experience with established IT security and compliance frameworks, including ISO 27001:2022 and ITGC.
  • Experience in participating in IT audits and implementing necessary remediation measures

IT Systems & End-User Device Security:

  • Proven experience in proactively ensuring the security and maintenance of office IT systems (e.g., servers, applications) and end-user devices (laptops, desktops, mobile devices).
  • Strong understanding of security best practices for endpoint management, patching, and vulnerability management.

General Skills:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to travel for work purposes.

Software Skills:

  • Jira Service Management
  • Entra ID, Intune, JAMF
  • Google Workspace, Microsoft and Apple for Business Ecosystems

Optional:

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL Master, CGEIT, etc).
