- Experience in a functional role in supply chain and outsourced manufacturing management in high tech manufacturing operations.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.
The Cloud Supply Chain Operations (CSCO) organization delivers, deploys, and runs the compute capability that powers Google and the Google Cloud Platform. CSCO is responsible for planning, new product introductions, builds, delivery, returns, deployment, and running Google-owned and third-party data centers.
Within CSCO, the Global Manufacturing Operations (GMO) organization globally scales manufacturing operations and services with predictability, quality and agility. The GMO organization consists of functions including Partner Management, CM Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Product Engineering, Materials Management, Procurement Operations, Build Planning and Execution, Product Management and Procurement Operations.

Responsibilities
- Drive governance and tracking for organizational performance indicators, key results, accomplishments, challenges and progress, and quarterly/annual goals.
- Lead or support strategic initiatives, process improvements, or capability development programs across the organization (e.g., long-range capacity planning, capacity expansion, machine learning, tariffs, etc.).
- Develop or coordinate content creation with team members for leadership reviews (e.g., executive readouts, operational reviews, special topics), all hands, managers meetings, and newsletter contributions.
- Support annual planning processes including strategy, headcount, budget and workforce planning.
- Maintain up-to-date ‘rhythm of the business’ for readiness, including operational reviews, executive readouts, and program or special topic updates, action item tracking and team coordination.
