Essential Job Functions
Process Payroll – 60%
Monthly Filings – 10%
Respond to Inquiries – 10%
Auditing – 10%
Prepare Report – 10%
- Processes global payroll (EMEA, Egypt, South Africa, Bulgaria etc) by inputting or mass loading time, bonuses, commissions, overtime, and deductions (taxes, garnishments, tax levy’s, etc.) on or before the scheduled pay date.
- Reviews payroll documentation for accuracy through audit reports and makes any necessary adjustments.
- Perform comparison reports to audit discrepancies prior to the pay date.
- Versed in responding to questions and executing requests within compliance of local/regional guidelines as well as company policies.
- Verify all necessary approvals for any pay requests.
- Responsible for obtaining the necessary approvals.
- Research and resolve questions from managers and employees related to the processing of approved payroll information such as vacations, leaves, direct deposit, retro pay calculations, tax questions, etc.
- Make recommendations on process improvements.
- Answers questions promptly and courteously
Technical/Functional Competencies
Technical – Use standard software, hardware & technology of work unit – Profecient
List required software, hardware & technology of the work unit
• Experience with HRIS systems & Payroll Software
• Timekeeping Systems
• Microsoft Office
• Experience with timekeeping systems preferred
Others:
- Strong written communication skills
- Bilingual in English
- Assist in special projects as assigned by direct leadership.

Education/Experience
Education:
• High School Diploma or GED – Required
Experience:
Years of related experience : 2 – 3 yrs
Other:
- Experience with computerized Payroll processing
- Able to exercise strict confidentiality
- Must be detailed oriented
- Able to adhere to tight deadlines, adapt to a flexible schedule and work under pressure
- Strong written communication, time management and research skills
