Position Description:
This position will be responsible for timely and compliant delivery of timeshare loan files, interoffice deliveries, and mail between resort warehouse and the corporate mailroom. This includes transporting special orders supporting multiple departments and teams such as corporate facilities, legal and contracts. Further responsibilities include timely and accurate processing of different delivery and document types depending on business need, including checking in timeshare loan files and transporting to the document administration department. Duties include safekeeping of files and management of documents.
Essential Duties And Tasks:
- Receive and deliver timeshare loan files, documents, interoffice envelopes, mail, and special requests between the resort, corporate offices and document administration department. Manage the downtown Orlando PO Box and complete weekly pickups. Demonstrate consistent reliability and the ability to work independently. Safely and compliantly operate standard company vehicle. Demonstrate strong departmental customer service. Check in timeshare loan files from corporate contracts, organize, and deliver to the document administration department for processing.
- Conduct timely and accurate safekeeping of timeshare loan files and documents. Manage storage of corporate file room, including sorting, organizing, and shifting files.
- Recognize and adapt to priorities based on business needs.
Education And/Or Experience
- Prior document sorting experience preferred
- Experience working in production-based environment
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- Driver’s License
Qualifications
- Ability to drive standard company vehicle
- Consistent computer use
- Must be accurate and detail oriented
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job the employee may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Will be required to bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and operate office machinery. Must be able to lift up to thirty-five pounds. Specific work assignments may change without notice. Working Conditions
The majority of work will be performed in a climate-controlled environment but may be exposed to inclement weather and varying degrees of temperature on occasion.
Work Schedule/Hours
Schedules will vary depending on business needs, and may entail working nights, weekends and holidays. Must be flexible to work outside of departmental operating hours.
