Skeleton Technologies is seeking an experienced Production Engineer (m/f/x) to join our dynamic team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your insights will contribute directly to the success of the overall company!

Your tasks in the net zero journey:

  • Plan, execute, and improve production processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure production targets are met on time, within quality standards, and cost-effectively.
  • Analyze bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Optimize utilization of machinery, equipment, and workforce to increase production capacity.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, health, and safety standards in all production activities.
  • Collaborate with R&D, quality, and maintenance teams during new product implementation.
  • Prepare production reports and present them during morning meetings with management
  • Work closely with supply chain, maintenance, and quality teams to manage production processes effectively.Job

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in production or process engineering (preferably in a manufacturing environment).
  • Strong knowledge of production planning, process improvement, and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Proficiency in Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and MS Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a result-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Good command of German and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
