Job Description

We are looking for a Production Engineer to strengthen our team in charge of the operations and deployment of applications hosted on a hybrid on-premise and cloud platform.

Main Responsibilities

You will be involved in RUN missions (MCO, operational support and Level 2/3 administration, production management, task automation) and some Build tasks.

Run:

• Maintenance of the operational condition of applications;
• Performing technical analysis and resolving incidents level 2/3;
• Providing support to users and the development team;
• Participation in deployment and integration phases of applications in production;
• Risks and impact assessments of changes/production deployments;
• Deploying application updates;

- Ensuring Supervision;

• Participation in continuous improvement efforts: optimizing performance, creating/modifying scripts, industrializing application production;
• Development of technical documentation;
• Administration of application servers.

Build:

• Participation in project implementation by assisting the project manager;
• Ensuring the deployment and optimization of existing processes on the Cloud (AWS, Azure);
• Contribuiting to the automation of CI/CD processes (Jenkins, Git, AWS).

Qualifications

• Academic Background: Technical Training or Degree in Informatics, System Administration, Networks or similar areas;
• Up to 3 years of experience;
• Fluency in French is mandatory;
• Fluency in English is mandatory;
• Advanced knowledge in System Administration (Linux/Unix/Windows), Scripting (Shell, PowerShell, Python), Databases, Networks, Cloud Providers (AWS/Azure), Automatization (Ansible, Gitlab, Jenkin, Docker);
• Know how in Middleware: Apache, Tomcat, Haproxy;
• Know how in PRTG Network, Grafana;

• Multitasking, attention to detail and rigor;
• Reliability, professionalism, ability to work under pressure.
