We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Marketing Assistant will support daily marketing operations, assist in campaign coordination, and contribute to the development of creative marketing initiatives that align with our brand goals.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to support strategy development.
- Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure brand consistency across projects.
- Monitor and track campaign performance, providing detailed feedback and improvement recommendations.
- Support event planning and logistics for client and company initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general marketing tools.
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Competitive Salary: $53,000 – $56,000 per year
