In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, delivering outstanding service and support. • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues effectively.
• Document interactions and maintain up-to-date records in the company database.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service quality.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and call center software is a plus.
