The Role

The Senior Manager, Treasury & Structured Finance oversees the management and servicing of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) and related complex financing structures. This role is responsible for the design, execution, and accounting of hedge strategies to manage interest rate and FX risk exposure. The position requires deep expertise in treasury operations, hedge accounting, and cross-functional coordination to ensure compliance, transparency, and accuracy across financing activities.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Manage and service Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) and associated financing structures.
• Design, execute, and monitor interest rate and FX hedging strategies (swaps, forwards, options).
• Ensure full compliance with IFRS and US GAAP hedge accounting requirements.
• Model hedge effectiveness and perform exposure analysis under varying market scenarios.
• Negotiate and maintain ISDA/CSA agreements with banks and financial counterparties.
• Oversee SPV cash flows, reserves, and debt obligations, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with covenants.
• Prepare and validate waterfall calculations for interest, principal, fees, and reserves.
• Coordinate with Legal, Tax, and Accounting teams to ensure alignment and compliance.
• Manage bank relationships related to SPV accounts and ensure proper segregation of funds.
• Monitor and report on SPV performance and hedging outcomes to internal stakeholders and investors.
• Maintain and enhance use of treasury management systems (e.g., Kyriba).
• Drive continuous improvement in treasury and risk management processes.

We Expect You To Have:

• Extensive experience managing SPVs and complex financing structures, preferrably US-based.
• Proven track record in interest rate and FX risk management, including hedge strategy execution.
• Deep understanding of hedge accounting under IFRS and US GAAP.
• Strong analytical ability and modeling skills for hedge effectiveness testing.
• Experience negotiating ISDA / CSA agreements and managing counterparties.
• Advanced proficiency in treasury management systems (preferably Kyriba).
• Experience with SOX standards
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving ability.

It will be an added bonus if you have: 

• Background in corporate treasury, banking, or structured finance.
• Experience working in multinational or capital-intensive environments.
• Exposure to investor reporting or securitization structures.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; professional qualification (CFA, ACT, CPA) preferred.
