We are searching for a Sr Program & Data Governance Manager to join our team.

Strong communication and organizational skills are critical to success in this position, along with the ability to build strong relationships, collaborate in a cross-functional environment, and utilize problem-solving skills to proactively identify and manage risks and opportunities.

The Sr Program & Data Governance Manager will build and scale a high-performing PMO to align project execution with strategic priorities, ensure consistent delivery, and drive operational excellence across product, engineering, technology, compliance, finance, and analytics teams.

Essential Functions:

Project Management & Optimization            

  • Build and lead a centralized Project Management Office that supports agile and traditional delivery models while adapting to a fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure all projects are aligned with company goals, product roadmaps, regulatory requirements, and business priorities.
  • Lead organizational change initiatives related to project implementation, new systems/processes, and operational scaling.
  • Determine and discern detailed requirements on larger scale projects to establish the project deliverables, and manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs to keep the project management plan updated and reflective of authorized project changes
  • Facilitate the creation and approval of business cases, and utilizes historical data and expert judgment in order to understand project limitations
  • Actively lead one or more Project Management Office (PMO) continuous improvement activities
  • Assess project performance to monitor the progress of the project, identify and quantify variances, perform required corrective actions and communicate to all stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain team members and project stakeholder relationships, expectations, and communications, both internal and external.
  • Manage project closure activities, including gathering lessons learned and driving changes to future for continuous improvement
  • Serve as a project management subject matter expert, including guiding and mentoring other project managers; demonstrate expertise in a business process, professional discipline, market, or product
  • Additional duties as assigned

Collaboration Platforms & Transformation

  • Evaluate key business and organizational challenges, developing innovative solutions within broad company policies.
  • Influence and persuade stakeholders to align with strategic objectives and initiatives.
  • Manages and oversees Capital process in support of modernization and growth.
  • Makes recommendations to Senior Leadership on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experience
  • Lead the execution of tasks as defined in the project management plan to achieve the project goals, and actively manages project risk
  • Identify scope of inputs and outputs as dependencies of technical teams, resolve gaps and create program milestones that ensure work is sequenced across teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study, and/or equitable work experience
  • 10+ years of product management experience in an enterprise environment
  • Experience launching performance optimization algorithms towards primary KPIs managing opportunity costs.
  • Highly truth-seeking and effective in selecting of north star KPIs, assessing authenticity of analyses, and testing rationale of data narratives to surface effective next steps.
  • Ability to influence, collaborate, and deliver solutions in a fluid environment across a diverse set of
  • PMP Certification
  • Agile or Six Sigma Certification
  • Demonstrated experience in Project Management methodology
  • Proven expertise in usage of MS Office Suite and related project management systems
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
  • Extensive understanding and knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts relevant to managing large scale project plans
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent understanding and work experience with project budgets and financial management
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to influence change
  • Experience in facilitating change, including collaboration with management and executive stakeholders
  • Strict attention to detail
  • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
  • Ability to work and excel within a fast paced, dynamic, and constantly changing work environment
