In This Role, You'Ll:
Working as part of the Finance, Technology & Commercial Division within PMO & Enablement, you will oversee Procurement based projects across Transport for NSW.
You will establish and lead a delivery-focused program consisting of procurement-based projects. This includes scoping and scheduling future projects while overseeing those in the delivery phase. You will be responsible for leading the project team, monitoring program delivery, managing governance, interdependencies, risks, and resources. Acting as an escalation point, you will troubleshoot issues as they arise and work closely with internal partners to ensure Corporate Services IT projects are delivered on scope, on time, and aligned with business objectives.
Your role will be key in driving consistent delivery practices and successful outcomes across the program.
This fixed term position is up to 31/03/2026 . Your home base will be at Macquarie Park with Hybrid work arrangements, 3 days a week in the office. Wednesday is your Anchor day.

About You
Your skills and experience as a Program Manager will enable you to excel in delivering these projects. You will have a proven track record of successfully leading transformation initiatives within procurement, commercial, or business process environments, across large complex organisations. With previous experience in team leadership and resource management, you bring a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach. You are an expert in stakeholder management and consistently ensure that high-quality projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to scope.
Project Management certification is essential.
