⭐ Join us as a Growth Data Analyst Intern to turn data into actionable insights that drive Qonto's customer acquisition and conversion. You'll build critical data infrastructure and partner with Product and Operations teams to optimize our growth funnel. You will work closely with Omar, our BA Growth Manager, and Arielle, your mentor, contributing to high-impact projects that directly influence business decisions for our 600,000+ customers.
👩💻🧑💻 As a Growth Data Analyst Intern at Qonto, you will:
• Build A/B test monitoring tools: Create automated systems that standardize experiment analysis across teams and ensure statistical rigor• Analyze customer conversion funnels: Identify bottlenecks in the onboarding journey and optimize funnel conversion rates• Ensure data quality: Validate new data sources, update metric definitions, and maintain documentation for business metrics• Support business decisions: Handle ad-hoc analysis requests from Product and Operations teams with quick turnaround• Modernize dashboards: Clean up legacy reporting tools and improve system efficiency for business stakeholders

• High-impact work: Join the largest BI team (7 people) during Qonto's critical growth phase where your analysis directly influences business strategy• True partnership: Collaborate with stakeholders to define problems and design solutions, not just execute requests• Modern tech stack: Work with Snowflake, dbt, Tableau, SQL, and AI tools in a cutting-edge data environment• Cross-functional exposure: Partner with Product, Operations, and Growth teams across multiple business domains• Immediate impact: See your work influence conversion rates, product decisions, and business growth in real-time

Omar leads the BA Growth team and believes in true business partnership. Arielle will be your day-to-day mentor, providing hands-on guidance and project support. Both value learning, collaboration, and giving you autonomy to contribute meaningfully.
🏅 About You
• Academic foundation: Currently pursuing a Master's degree (M1 or M2) in Engineering or Business School with a strong technical background • SQL mastery: Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with data modeling • Business mindset: Innovation-driven approach that bridges technical capabilities with business needs; ability to understand stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Problem-solver: Work independently, curious about data, and eager to learn• Communication excellence: Strong English proficiency and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across HR, Sales, Finance, and Marketing • Bonus skills: Knowledge of DBT, Python, Tableau, or statistical analysis is a plus
