We are currently seeking Licensed Massage Therapists available nights and weekends to join our growing team at Hand & Stone Northpoint Village in Jacksonville, FL.

Role and Responsibilities

• Must hold an active massage therapy license in the State of Florida
• Maintain massage therapy liability insurance
• Create customized treatment plans based on individual client needs
• Deliver a consistent and exceptional experience that encourages long-term wellness and repeat visits
• Maintain professionalism, cleanliness, and organization in treatment rooms and common areas

Compensation and Schedule

• Pay Range: $22–$28 per service hour (base rate, not including tips or upgrades)
• Schedule: Nights and weekends only, with steady clientele and strong earning potential during high-demand shifts
