The Role
We are looking for a Family Lawyer with at least 4 years experience to join our team at either our Carlton or Lilydale office. This position involves direct client engagement and a broad range of work including:
• Parenting Arrangements;
• Child Support;
• Maintenance;
- Property settlements; and
- Drafting of Consent Orders and Financial Agreements.
About You
To be considered for the role, you will:
- live the firms values of integrity and honesty, professionalism through excellence, respect, accountability, flexibility, team work and commitment;
- have at least four years post admission experience in family law;
- possess strong technical skills in family law;
- demonstrate experience achieving great outcomes for clients;
- enjoy working in and being part of a supportive team;
- possess a positive attitude; and
- be highly organised.
