SEO & GEO Manager [In Person, SF]

Recall.ai is the leader in a new and growing market – meeting recording APIs. There’s a clear content gap in our space: Our customers are looking for answers online, but no one is providing them. We’re the only ones with the knowledge and authority to fill that gap. Over the past 6 months, we’ve started publishing content that directly answers our customers’ questions, and the results have been needle-moving. We’re now ready to scale our SEO and GEO content efforts.

As the first SEO and GEO Manager on the team, you will lead topic/keyword research, work with our founding content team to create content, orchestrate content distribution, and own the outcomes of our SEO and GEO strategy.

In the short term, your north star will be page views from SEO and GEO referrals.

In the long term, your north star will be sign ups from SEO and GEO referrals.

What You'Ll Do

You will own content ideation, creation, distribution, and tracking.

• Research and generate high-impact keywords and topics.
• Collaborate with our content team to produce high-quality content.
• Determine the right content type for each topic (e.g., lead magnet, product page, video, tutorial, case study, short-form content, thought leadership piece).
• Select the most effective platform for each content type (e.g., blog, Reddit, YouTube, etc.).
• Manage and execute content distribution.
• Measure performance and improve content based on data.
• Run ongoing tests and experiments to drive growth in key metrics.
• Start with manual testing, then build systems to scale content ideation, creation, distribution, and tracking.
