Job Purpose: The Incharge - Project Monitoring (Region) is responsible for tracking and coordinating the performance of assigned regional projects, ensuring timely completion, and providing updates to senior leadership. This role involves overseeing project execution, tracking financial and operational performance, and ensuring adherence to planned schedules. The role will also coordinate with various business units (BUs) to facilitate smooth project execution and escalate key challenges to the CEO’s Office.
- Incharge - Project Monitoring
- Regional Performance Coordination & Target Setting:
- Coordinate and monitor the region’s project performance and progress.
- Prepare and submit yearly targets, including CAPEX and sales projections.
- Ensure seamless coordination between regional business units and leadership for timely execution of tasks.
Project Tracking & Performance Monitoring:
Oversee the progress of all regional projects, ensuring milestones are met as per the schedule.
Review and report planned vs. actual performance across projects.
Identify delays and issues, providing actionable insights to improve project timelines.
Conduct regular performance reviews with the CEO’s Office and ensure complete, timely submission of key reports.
Financial & Operational Oversight:
Monitor financial progress and ensure alignment with budgeted CAPEX and sales targets.
Provide updates on financial performance, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Track key operational indicators, including safety, security, and design compliance.
Stakeholder Coordination & Communication:
Act as a bridge between regional project teams and the CEO’s Office to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
Collaborate with BU Heads to track progress, address challenges, and implement corrective measures.
Summarize and present key information to the CEO’s Office, ensuring strategic decision-making.
Process Improvement & Reporting:
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of regional project reports, including financial and operational summaries.
- Develop MIS reports to track project status, highlight deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
- Support the implementation of best practices in project monitoring and execution.

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; postgraduate degree in Business Administration preferred.

3-5 Years
Preferred Industry:
Experience in project monitoring, construction management, or real estate operations. Proven track record in overseeing large-scale real estate projects and ensuring timely execution.
