Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and challenges.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients and act as a trusted advisor
- Lead client onboarding to ensure smooth implementation of our products and services.
- Conduct tailored training sessions to enhance user adoption and engagement.
- Monitor client accounts to anticipate and address potential issues before they arise.
- Facilitate resolution of any product-related challenges through coordination with internal teams.
- Track and analyse client performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and success.
- Gather client feedback and work with our product team to suggest improvements.
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Support the sales team in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in client relationship management, account management, or a related role.
- Understanding of our industry and ability to guide clients effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address client needs and challenges.
- Exceptional organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
