Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and challenges.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients and act as a trusted advisor
  • Lead client onboarding to ensure smooth implementation of our products and services.
  • Conduct tailored training sessions to enhance user adoption and engagement.
  • Monitor client accounts to anticipate and address potential issues before they arise.
  • Facilitate resolution of any product-related challenges through coordination with internal teams.
  • Track and analyse client performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and success.
  • Gather client feedback and work with our product team to suggest improvements.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Support the sales team in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in client relationship management, account management, or a related role.
  • Understanding of our industry and ability to guide clients effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address client needs and challenges.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
